Can I ask exactly what you mean by the &quot;emerging issue of social information overload&quot; and also &quot;leveraging online interactions and new media&quot;? I feel like I should know what that means but the choice and use of language confuses me.

Also I&#039;d love it if you could give me some examples of what you mean by &quot;everyday life&quot; and any alternatives.
